The Implement may be used for loosening and aerating soil to a depth of eight inches, preparing seed beds quickly and economically and is suitable for modern methods of sub-surface cultivator elimination use of the plough.
If the Tiller is to be used on steep hill-sides or for row-crop cultivator it will be found that a wide spacing of the tractor wheels may be used to advantage for General Cultivator. However a narrow spacing should be used as this to reduce the strain on tractor axles and wheels.
holes are provided in the frame at 2” intervals. This enables both front and rear tines to be spaced as desired for either row crop or general cultivator works. The Coil spring are part of the tine assembly and do not interfere with re-spacing the tines.
